My heartfelt thanks go out to Mrs.Dunwell who conducted my health check today.
Surgeries and hospitals exist well outside my comfort zone, coupled needle phobia, I have not been looking forward to today.
Thanks to Mrs.Dunwell's charming and professional manner, I was put at ease, gave blood without fainting and left well informed and wiser.Truly a red letter day for the N.H.S.
Thank you once again.

This is the worst doctors surgery I have the misfortune to use. I must say the nursing staff are first class and will go out of there way to help. The reception staff on more than one occasion have been very rude.

My Dr reacted very quickly to an emergency situation and was competent and reassuring which really helped me. He is a good listener and I never feel rushed. Thank you.!

felt like i could actually talk to my doctor which is always a bonus. surgery is clean and the staff are nice.
